Last week, several of our team took time away from the office to attend the Regenerative Business Summit, an event held at the WWT Wetland Centre– a thriving nature reserve in southwest London and well worth a visit if you have never been.
We spent the day, along with over 100 other interested parties, exploring how business can lead the shift beyond conventional sustainability approaches to regenerative models. Ones which restore nature and enhance social wellbeing for current and future generations.
There were a number of compelling sessions, with some really passionate presentations from several of the speakers. The final session was chaired by our CEO Louise, exploring how leaders can be radical, bold, and ambitious in a range of contexts, from organisational governance to cross-sector collaboration. Her panel included Louise Gatenby from The Good Board; Mark Varney from RSPB, Will Ennett from PXC, Kate Sandle from Newcore and Anna Russell from Bupa Global.
