Routes to Transformation is a collaborative initiative from GlobeScan, ERM, and Volans that explores the future of sustainability leadership and transformation in a rapidly changing world. Building on the findings of Sustainability at a Crossroads 2026, the program brings together sustainability leaders, practitioners, and partner organisations to examine emerging challenges, identify promising responses, and help shape the next chapter of the sustainability agenda.

Through expert and public opinion research, convenings, thought leadership, and collaborative inquiry, Routes to Transformation creates space for business leaders, policymakers, innovators, and civil society to explore practical pathways for systemic change.
